Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Dry Beans
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/3 Cup Minced Onion
  • 2/3 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • 3-4 slices Bacon

Directions

Sort and wash beans. Cover with cold water and soak over night. In morning, bring to a boil and cook until beans are tender.

Add other ingredients and bake at 250º for 6 to 8 hours. Add more water if they become too dry. Uncover baking pan during last half hour of baking.
